All purchases made on this website are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Inability to use the service due to device incompatibility or user-related factors.

  • Reaching usage limits (e.g., daily download caps, usage credits).

  • Shared access limitations, where multiple users share the same subscription and usage may vary.

  • Temporary service interruptions that do not exceed 72 consecutive hours for regular tools.

7XM Tools offers shared access to subscription-based tools, and certain limitations apply to their usage. These limitations may include daily download caps, usage credits, or temporary outages due to high demand.

We highly recommend that you review the available tools and service conditions carefully before purchasing to avoid any dissatisfaction.

If any regular tool remains unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may reach out to our support team to request a refund for that specific disruption.

Please note: The 72-hour refund clause does not apply to bonus tools, testing tools or newly added tools, as these may be subject to testing.
