Refund Policy

At 7XM Tools, we provide digital learning products in the form of Notion-based guides, tutorials, and resources. Since these are digital goods that are delivered instantly, we follow a strict refund policy to maintain fairness and transparency.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable if:

  • You made a duplicate payment by mistake.

  • You were charged but did not receive access to the Notion guide within 24 hours.

• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Once the Notion guide or digital resource has been delivered, refunds will not be issued.

• We do not provide refunds for change of mind or if you expected different content after purchasing, as full product details are provided before checkout. (Always clear all your doubts before purchasing.)
